I have my profile for when people call set to loud. I noticed that sometimes when certain people call, it will vibrate, instead of ring. Anyone know how to change that?

Different call notifications for certain contacts are setup as exceptions or profiles for those contacts here: Profiles > Advanced > [highlight the one to change, menu key, Edit].

If you don't have any custom profiles or exceptions in there, try pulling the battery, leave out for 30 seconds an replace.
