Retriveing Email Address from back up

I am trying to get an email address off of a email I forwarded from my phone. It only stores emails for 30 days on the device and it was sent in December. I back up a few times a week and was wondering if there is a way to be able to pull it back up.

The email account itself is a work email hosted by godaddy and set to not save after downloaded to my office computer outlook. Emails sent from BB do not show up. Anyway to change that as well?

Nevermind, I just did another back up and then restored a file from the correct time. Worked great, backing up once again saved the day. Too bad the lesson was learned the hard way in the past!
