Hi - I have been really struggling with this and hope someone can help. I recently came off of an enterprise server that blocked text messaging. Now that I am off I have been told I need to reset to the factory settings using software - the wipe on the phone does not seem to be good enough. Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to get this software? Thanks so much.
There is still an IT policy on your phone. I'm on the wap site right now so I don't have a link to provide you but do a quick search for a thread called "how to remove an it policy" and that will give you what you need.
