go to Options (that's the wrench)
go to Advanced
go to Applications
find the application (On Demand) that you want to remove and, while on that app, push the options key and select Delete
Probably will require a restart and it will prompt you for such.

im confused... is it really free? i read somewhere there was a $5 monthly charge... does your on demand have the "extras" tab? am i paying for the advanced version when i dont have to?A wise man once sad... "It is what it is"

On demand is free if you have the $30 BB data plan. They only bill you for the services in the "extras" tab. They show the corresponding subscription prices for each.
