Need to know if there is a way to delete all contacts on 8830 and resync with outlook using BES or Desktop manager.

If you're on BES, it might be easier to just remove the device from BES. Wipe handheld (choose the option to NOT remove installed applications), and reconnect to BES. But, during the removing of the device from BES DO NOT delete the statistics!!! If you do, you'll lose all your settings like profiles, fonts, owner information, etc, etc...
