my husband and I use BB8830 (mine is Red) we are on verizon service but recently added international chips and international data package because my husband was going to Amman Jordan for a few months. We planned to use BBM exclusively. We also have our BB8830s set to automatically switch to available signal modalities based upon our locations.

He arrived in Jordan and sent me several BBM - I did not receive any of them. He called to see if I was ok. We checked BBM again on our 8830s and neither of us are receiving the BBM from eachother.

Does anyone know why this problem is happening with international data pack - I sure would like to get it fixed asap.
