OK, new to the board and I did some searching but I wasn't able to find the answer to my question...so please forgive me if the answer is out there. I want to be able to access my hotmail account from my BB 8830. My BB is currently set up to receive my work e-mail which is Lotus Notes. Can this be done and if so how do I do it??
Currently I receive my hotmail on my BB. I just used the email setup on the phone, put in my hotmail address, password, and it works great for me. Hope this helps.
It depends on your IT policy. Sometimes it is blocked sometimes it isn't. Use the email setup or device setup wizard on the device to add your hotmail account. it takes about 2min total, then see if you can send/receive email.
