Hey all,

In need of assistance.

Is there a way to program my BB so e-mails are received by my device while on a call? As it is, I've missed several important work e-mails while on lengthy calls since they're not received until I end the call. Thanks much.

Yes, it's been addressed you can't receive email while on a call.

It seem as though if it were possible to receive emails while on a phone call, it would be annoying. Hearing beeps or possibly freezing the phone where it would interrupt your phone call.

Unfortunately it's a network limitation. Until blackberry releases an HSPA (aka HSDPA) North American model, you won't be able to do this. The other alternative is the 8820 or 8320....., but again wi-fi coverage required too..

Nope, no emails while on a call. You can receive sms messages while on a call, though.
