Putting in the media card help!
I found one thread on this already but it did not help my problem. I just got the 1g media card for my 8830 and it looks simple enough to put in but when I did the little locking door does not want to close back. I put some pressure on it but I dont want to hurt it. Any advise?

Make sure you are sliding the media card into the door itself, not laying it down and closing the door on top of it.

I had to take my phone to the Verizon Store and have the lady give me a dirty look before she agreed to put it in for me.
