How do you send text messages using PIN??????

In Messages hit the menu button then select Compose PIN. Type the PIN you want to message into the TO line or select from your address book then type the message in the body. Hit send.

There was no compose PIN in the drop down?

I believe you have to have atleast one PIN saved in a contact of yours. Meaning, you need to have someone elses pin saved in your contact list.
