Everytime I connect my Jabra bluetooth headset to my 8830, shortly after my phone will restart (which takes forever). Sometimes it happens during a phone call. Has anyone experienced this or know why this occurs. Help is much appreciated.

nope but you should take it back and get a new device.... how old is this one. if it has not been 30 days you get a brand new device, if it's over that they will give you a new but refurb unit..

I'd try removing the device, and readding it. Also, is the device set to trusted on the BlackBerry (Bluetooth / options)?

Older than 30 days. I'll try the trusted feature. Thanks peeps.

Have you tried a battery pull. That has solved even my craziest problems on my 8830

I've tried the battery pull. The Jabra was set by default to "trusted" too. If it keeps happening, I'll chalk it up as one of the many (from what I've read here) annoying features about this phone I guess.
