Everytime I make a phone call on my blackberry 8830 it leaves a phone message entry in my emails. How can turn this feature off. All I want to see when I open emails are emails. not phone logs. Thanks in advance.
All of your messages, whether emails, calls, PINS are going to show up in your general message folder. You will not see your calls logs if you look in your specific email account folder.
You can turn off call logs but that turn off the completely.
phone>menu>options>call logging. Iw will still keep a recent calls list in the phone app, but not in the messages.
Also, to separate the SMS from the messages folder, and give you a separate folder for them,
messages>menu>options>general then set sms messages to separate
