PC unable to detect Micro SD, BB 8830 WE

Brought Blackberry 8830 world-edition, using GSM Sims card, do all proper setting allow mass-storage mode as ON. But PC unable to detect the Micro SD card. Pls help. Device able to detect the SD.



Have been using BB 8320, and know how to do the setting allow mass-storage mode in BB

hey have you tried another micro sd card to see if that is the problem?

Does the PC detect the microSD card when it is inserted directly into the card reader on the PC?

Had a similar problem that would happen sporadically. With the device on, remove the microSD and then re-insert it. The BlackBerry should say "Media card inserted..." and it should detect. If not, try another microSD card like others have suggested and then go from there.
