I was wondering if anyone has upgraded to 4.5 and traveled outside the US? Did you have any problems switching over to GSM and did you have service while in Europe?
I am currently living in Germany, in the inital versions of 4.5 I did have problems. This has been sovled by all the new versions from .51 and above. Currently .77 works the best for me. 51 would have some problems regaining service if it was momentarly dropped like in an elevator, and would at time require a reset to regain service. With 77 I do not have this problems, and everything is smoothe. Feel free to PM me if you have specific considerations.
