    I am able to send a pin message but I am not receiving them. I have his pin and he has mine save in the BB. I can send him a message and it is recieved almost instantly. When he sends me one it shows delivered on his BB but I never receive it. Any help?

    Try a battery pull and maybe resending the service books.

    Have you by chance switched devices lately and not updated the BIS?

    Battery pulled, service books resent, and I confirmed all the settings on the BIS. Still no luck.

    It works now. We just kept pulling batteries, and resending our PIN's and accepting the invites on BB messenger. It took 3 days. Thanks for the help.
