    Default Newbie Sprint 8830

    Hello and happy to be a member
    I know how to add emails to address book, but when i receive an email from a client who has address, phones, title, and alot of other inof how do i save all info in one shot if possible. I've been doing it in pieces. Also what desktop manager do you recommend for sprint and windows xp?

    I don't know the answer to your first question - copy/paste field by field seems to be it.

    I installed the Desktop Manager (DM) that came with the BB but it does not include any standard application. Rather it provides a sync function that works with MS' Outlook. While I never used Outlook, I did have it as part of Office so gave it. Made it easier to edit and/or add info to the phone. I believe that DM may sync with a few other apps but have not explored that and I think it can do comma delimited data - rudimentary but an option.

    Desktop Manager 4.3 is the latest version. If it didn't come on ypur device's CD, you can download it from Sprint or other places. I use it with XP SP2.
