Hello people,

New to blackberry so please forgive me for lack of knowledge. I am trying to put some apps on my phone but I seem to get an error message notifying me that my memory is full. Somewhere I have read that apps can not be placed on the mini SD card. How can I free up space on my internal memory card? Where can I see the current internal memory meter on the phone?

You can't put apps on your memory card. To free up space, go to this link, and follow the instructions:

There are 2 ways to do this:

1. Go to Options\Status on your phone.
2. Type Alt+shift+H on your phone.
