I just added another email account to my BB. I can send emails from the account, but it's not receiving them. I've looked all over the options and I can't figure out why this is happening.
Login to BIS and click the filters button for the problem account. Confirm the setting is set to:
When no filters apply:
Forward messages to device
Try again. If that doesn't work, resend service books then battery pull. If that doesn't work, call your carrier.
I checked the filters, everything okay there. I'm doing a battery pull now and I'll try the service books next. Will updating the service books roll back the OS upgrade?
