My MSID number happens to be different than my phone number, which means my voicemail number is incorrect. to negate this i just set a new speed dial to call the correct number, which works for me, but when i tried to log into a newly downloaded telenav program, it recognized the MSID rather than my phone number, causing issues when trying to log in. How can I fix this?
i work for sprint, and i know that the majority of the msids that are issued are different. the issue is my device broadcasts "my number" as my MSID, not my actual phone number, thus creating these issues. my question i guess could be better phrased as " How do i get my phone to broadcast the correct phone number?"
You have to use the MSL to go into the CDMA programming screen and set the MDN to your cell number...but if you work for Sprint I'm assuming you've already done that.....?
