A simple universal FM transmitte with a Jack adapter will work.

I've read that the one Radio Shack offers does NOT work. I got one from Verizon store which worked for my sound-cancelling headphones to it probably works with other "NORMAL" units where you need to change the plug size.

thanks for the help. I also just realized that the moron at Radio Shack sold me a standard adapter (in inches) and not mm. that would probably make a bit of a difference.

Do not get radio shack adapters. They will not work and are NOT compatible with BB!!! Go to Verizon wireless as they sell a special 2.5 to 3.5 adapter specially made for the 88xx series BB's. Its only $10. Now to use this adpater in you car you need to have a 3.5 aux jack on your car stereo or you will need a FM transmitter.

If your car has BlueTooth you should be able to stream it that way. I do this with my computer sometimes just for fun.

I will have to pick up that adapter since I can hook up my iPod to my car, would be fun to do that with my BB as well.

Yep I know exactly what yer talkin about. I bought one from RadioShack, and it didn't work. I got my money back, and bought the adapter from here and it works fine.

I bought one from Radio Shack as well, and of course didn't work, so when I went to return it, the geek said BB won't allow you to use something like that unless I purchased it through BB.

It never made any sense to me, and I'm glad my suspicions were right.

I tried a few different RS adapters and none worked correctly. One "kinda" worked but I had to have my headphones plugged in halfway or so.
