I was trying to transfer some songs to my BlackBerry yesterday and it kept telling me to active mass storage mode on my phone. The thing is, it's already activated. Is this a problem that I can easily fix or is it something I need to contact Verizon about? Thanks!

If your using the Desk Top software to make the transfer it will ask you that to access your storage card.

Go to Options > Media Card, set Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected to Yes.
