What happened? Syncd last night and all previously stored information is lost. Almost like I changed some setting to get rid of the information. My husbands 8330 Curve still has all information after syncing his BB. What have we done?
Check and make sure you don't have some filter set that screens out the viewing of your contacts. And, now, did they disappear on the BB or on the computer?
Do you have a BB backup? If so, you could try restoring that to the phone and sync again. Check your sync settings.
