Hi Guys,

New to the site, but love my 8830. However, I seem to have a problem. I have a desktop that also receives my email and unfortunately, it seems that a lot of my emails don't make it to my Blackberry. The desktop gets them all, but the BB seems to drop a couple now and then. Anybody else have that problem?

Thanks for any help and happy to have such a great support network for my new toy.

do a battery pull with the BB on, wait 10-30 seconds, reinstall. when it comes back to life, resend the service books.
