Seems like an easy thing...i want it to autolock the keypad and buttons when it goes idle or whatever. The only option ive seen is to lock when holstered but my employee doesnt use a holster. Is there an easy way to achieve this?

There is an app I use call Autolock that locks the keys after a set amount of idle time. Think its just what you are looking for. You can find it here

Yes, set a password with a timeout of your desire, 2 mins 1 hour, etc.

Autolock is excellent. For a utility of that type it does what it is supposed and as an app of this type should be it is completely unobtrusive. Highly recommended

Use your BB browser and download/install the JAD file you will find there.
