have a curve 8330 and my haedphones work fine when im talking with it....but when I go to use Pandora or Iheartradio it still plays through the speakerphone everytime.
I'll plug it in and it plays through the headphones for a hot sec then back to the speakerphone. I turned the phone off then back on and it worked in the headphones (SMH) i dont get it lol.
Im pissed cause ive had it only for about 3 months so i cant return it.

Any suggestions or is this gonna always be a problem........please help!

I don't know if this makes any difference but this is the 8830WE forum and I just tried the headphones I purchased from Verizon with Iheartradio and my 8830 and they are working. I looked and don't see any settings option which might affect speakphone v. headphones.

One difference is the 8830WE has a 2.5" TRS jack and the 8330 has a 3.5" TRS jack.
