Keys locked

[8830troubles]

All of the keys on my phone quit working. When someone calls in, the phone rings and the screen appears normal, but I cannot answer it. I removed the battery hoping that it would reset.
Does anyone have any solutions or advice on how to fix this? Thanks

Well it sounds like you might have to disassemble your device to trouble shoot it.

What happened right before the keys quit working? When was the last time they worked? What changed?
