How to load net_rim_bb_email file HELP ASAP

as the title states my phone will power on and just give me a text display and whenever I click anything it says module net_rim_bb_email not found. Have I lost all my data it just happened today and I have very important information on it that I need ASAP!!!!!!! Please Help Me.

sorry this is for an 8830 with version 4.2.2.196 on it.

Do you have 4.2.2.196 installed on your PC? If so, you may be able to copy the missing module to your 8830 using BBSAK. What happened just before you got this error? Do you have a current backup?

no I do not have a current backup that is recent enough for the info that I have. where can I get 4.2.2.196 I have only found the 4.5 or can I use that module (from 4.5) just so I can backup the phone.

Here is a megaupload link to 4.2.2.196 for the 8830: MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service. Download the exe to your PC desktop and double-click it. That will install 4.2.2.196 on your PC. You may then be able to copy the missing file to your 8830 using BBSAK. It's worth a try.
