In other words, is the Media player that comes with bb the only version that is best to use for video? If not, is there a different player? Is there a converter for unsuported video formats that changes the video to something bb can play?
I think if you import to your phone through roxio media manager it will convert the video for you. When you drag the video onto your memory card though media manager it gives you an option to convert for optimal playback. Select that and it should do all the work for you. Try that let me know if it works.
