I want my blackberry clean like the firtst day I bought it...how do I do that?

Options > Security Options > General Settings > menu key > Wipe Handheld

The device will then be at "out of the box" condition.

Like tyroni said. Just make sure you back-up your device before wiping it just in case you decide to go back to your earlier settings.

If you have installed a newer OS than came from the factory, wiping the handheld with the security options will not restore the factory OS. You would have to reinstall the OS manually. Other than that, wiping will take you to the original out-of-the-box configuration.
