I thought these cracks had GPS in them? How can I have the Maps app locate on a map where I am? I thought this was pretty basic, then again I am a nubie.

I have the TeleNav...that I rarely use. Make sure your gps is activated. I downloaded the latest google maps (check the forums). On your desktop you will see an icon for google maps. After you've opened the maps, click on the berries(left of the scroll/navigation bar) and select My location from the pop up menu. The blue dot will indicate your location. I haven't had a problem with the gps unit on my BB. I hope this helps you.
