How do I access my internal memory??

Hi guys and gals...I have a blackberry 8830 w-edition for verizon wireless, and I don't know how to access my internal memory through my phone. I know how to go to the themes part through the options, but how do I get to my internal memory, where my downloads are??? Thanks so much!

What are you trying to do?

Go to media and use the full menu button (7 dot key) and select explore. you can then explorethe internal memory or the media card.
