I'm new, and I've done the searching through the forums to find help on this topic, but I came up short.
I just got an 8830 for Sprint, and I cannot find a browser icon on my phone anywhere. I have not yet activated my phone, and I'm wondering if that's the reason? But I would think the icon would be there regardless. Any help would be more than appreciated. Thanks!
From my understanding your phone has to be activated. When i got my and got signed up to have the internet and all that, i got a text message saying that i was hooked up to the internet and then a couple of new icons showed up on my screen.
you probably just have to wait until it's activated.
