    i have downloaded music on my microsd card and inserted it in the 8830. they are there and will play but they play in fast forward - know how to get it to play normal????

    Did you copy the items to the memory card with the Desktop Manager (Media Manager / Roxio)?

    If not, try that. It might also have an issue with how it was created.
