I downloaded dataviz (documents to go premium edition) the install was successfull but when i go to open the application i get an error message that says : class'javax.microedition.content.RequestListener' not found. I am truly in need of some help i also do not know how to or what at all to do regarding upgrading my java on my 8830 we. need help by the way service is verizon

I can't specifically address your problem, but whenever I can't come up with a solution myself, I can often Google the error or error message and get some pretty good ideas from others out there who have had that problem and posted a fix for it.

I would say it sounds like it didn't install right... uninstall and reinstall it

Have you tired reinstalling it since?
