Ok just purchased my first bb it is a used 8830 we I only have 2 apps ebay and vz nav I have deleted all the apps I don't want and I can't download new ones cause it keeps telling me my app storage is below 5 mb tried to pull the batteries and alt+Right caps + del reset neither worked. What do I do?

I recommend you do the steps outlined in this link below. You may have some of the pictures, songs, etc., that were preloaded on the device. Give this a shot, and see how it goes:
