help. it seems like over the weekend my blackberry went crazy. I can't get emails, and it seems my emails and txts have disappeared. What do I do. I keep getting a network message also. I also think my email has been unactivated. HELP where do I begin?
begin by making sure that you have adequate application memory on your device
when you start running out of memory your device will start deleting emails and text to make room
with the device on remove the battery for 30 seconds then replace it
delete any unused applications/emails/texts/pictures that you dont need on your device to free up space
sign in to your BIS page and resend your service books to combat the network message...or you can call VZW and have them resend your service books
