    My 8830 has suddenly stopped receiving email messages from two of my three email accounts. Both of these accounts are from the same email service provider. The remaining email service provider account is still receiving emails.

    Any ideas????

    try pulling out the battery and resending your service books from the BIS site.

    have you changed your password for those accounts? if so you will need to update your BIS account to reflect those changes

    Go to >options>advanced options>service books>
    Look for your e-mail acct name with a CICAL and CMIME next to it. If you have one of each delete the CICAL one then save changes and pull the battery out of the back of your device. Log into your e-mail acct on your cpu and delete anything in your inbox up to today(or move them to saved folders) Put the battery back in and go to >options>mobile network>
    pull up the full menu and select start provisioning. This should completely reset your e-mail and get your device working properly again!
