Unhappy Help with dead phone

Hello I just bought a blackberry 8830 off ebay and it was working fine and i activated it with my verizon account and i plugged it into my mac with blackberry desktop manager and it told me to update the software on the bb so when it was updating the usb cord came out..... So now i get a red flashing led and i plug it in and bb desktop manager and it says there is no os on the blackberry so it installs 4.5 and after all the files download and it says validating applications and the progress bar freezes. Please help.

Then you are out of luck. .. I suggest being a bit more courteous and get yourself a hold of a PC if you want to fix your phone. Here is another link :

No need to SHOUT at people that are trying to help you. You never made it clear that you were mac only. He was only trying to help.

There is a way to do it from a Mac. Just install BootCamp and Windows...

Why don't you grow up and be mature about it .. No need to tell people off expecially the ones trying to help you. No respect.
