Need Help, I purchased a 8330 blackberry curve had it flashed to cricket. Everything worked great. Then I hooked it up to Blackberry manager on my computer. Now I can't get on the internet and I can not receive MMS. The mms is not even showing on my phone anymore. I looked for service books nothing is showing on my services books. Please can someone help me.

Try logging in to your carriers BIS page from a computer and clicking on HELP and clicking Send Service Books.

And depending upon what you did when you "hooked it up to Blackberry manger on my computer", you might need to have it reflashed.

Also for future posting, take note of the section you posted in. You posted in the 8830 WE section and you posted about an 8330. You will be better answers typically in the correct forum.
