I down loaded the desk top manager from RIM this weekend and im getting alot of emails from network@etp1007 subject RIM-BCA28A80 The message reads=This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.
I have had over 100 of these messages in my in box can anyone help.

Are you using desktop redirector?

If you are not on a Corporate BES, you will need to uninstall the DM and reinstall it making sure you select BIS on setup.

Also make sure you delete the service books for the email.

On your device, go to: Options > Advanced > Service Book, and delete all service books for [Desktop]

You messed up on the install. Uninstall and reinstall choosing Internet Setup rather then Enterprise. It's an option screen at the beginning of the setup. Choose the second option. Once that's fixed, then you can clear it up on the BB by deleting the email service books with [Desktop] in the title.
