Hi there, I am an 8830WE Verizon user who has yet to unlock their phone. I am leaving for Israel in June and would like to be able to use a 3rd party sim card. I called Range Roamer, a sim card provider, who explained that they have had many issues with the 8830 and their World Sim. I would like to know if there are any sucess stories with global sim cards on the 8830 WE Verizon and if so, where did you purchase them? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. A lot of the sim card sites seem for lack of a better term "shady", and have hidden taxes and fees. I would also like to use one of those 1800 gateway numbers. Thanks in advace for you help!!
