I recently did the enterprise activation for my phone so that I could get my work emails on it. At work - in Outlook - i have various folders and also rules setup so that incoming mail gets filtered into these various folders. I also have a main inbox for things that fall outside those rules.
On my 8830 - after getting it setup, I only receive the mail that goes to my main Inbox. I do not receive all the emails that are going to my other folders.

Can anyone help me with this?

Also - i noticed that on my phone - i do have these folders on there but they are all empty (even though i have recieved emails in them today). Can I setup the same sort of rules that I have on my desktop for outlook to work on my 8830?

I believe you will only get them if folders are sub folders of the inbox. Try making folders part of the outlook inbox

I have the same issue as tuparker and my folders are part of my outlook inbox. They are NOT .pst folders.

Can anyone help?
