    I am on a VZW 8830 (v4.2.2.196) / BES

Whenever I access the website -- www sigalert com or www sigalert com/w)I get the following error:

Exceeded maximum redirect attempts to server: Sigalert.com - Personalized Traffic Reports

I am able to access other sites just fine.
There is no IT policy restrictions set in place.

    Any ideas?

Which browser? The BES equipped one or the carrier one? If it's the BES one, switch default browser to carrier and try again.

When I go into Browser Configuration, I see "BlackBerry Browser".

Switching to "Internet Browser" does the same thing.

    Can you try and see?

Try OperaMini to rule out the browser.

I'm also having this same problem on my blackberry 8350i. When I took it in to get it fixed they also cleared the cache and still didn't help. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem. But even the technician at the Sprint Store didn't know what to do.
