error message "DRM"

Synced from Media Player but my BB won't play the music. Says error media not compatible with drm. What did I do wrong?

If the songs are DRM protected, such as some purchased from iTunes, they can only be played on an iPhone or iPod.

You will need to burn them to a CD and rip back them into iTunes to remove the DRM. Then you can sync them to your BlackBerry.

The cds were ripped to Windows Media Player and then synced. It worked without a hitch when synching my Pearl, but no such luck with the Curve.
