I'm a BlackBerry newbie. I've got a Sprint 8830 World Edition with the BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.3 and Vista with Outlook 2007? When I go to the synchro options, the buttons that open email menus are not enabled, so I have to read/mark read all email on both systems. Any ideas?

If you are on a personal BIS setup, you will not be able to sync mail and messages.

BES is required for that function.
