My 8830 "USE TO only give me 2 vibrates when I received email.. THAT was perfect.. Now ( i am not sure how) when I receive emails, I get 3 vibrates and "loud tones". THAT is driving me nuts.. Very disruptive.

Can someone please temm me where to shut these email tones/alarms off ??

Huh. I can't get mine to notify me at all when I receive an e-mail. I just get a red led.

The profiles should be on your main screen. If they are not you may have them hidden.

I just set everything to the same tone except for SMS. It says I have a tone set for my e-mail, but my e-mail address is labeled as Messages[e-mail address]
