I got my bb email account to work but i cant seem to get my other account from my computer to configure. It is a university email and it is run by microsoft office outlook. Should I pick the Internet Service Provider Email or Outlook/Exchange option?
Log on to your BlackBerry Internet Service account. Once you're in, click on "setup new account" button. The next page will require you to enter your e-mail address and password. Depending on what your e-mail provider is, it might work right away or not, if it didn't work click on "I will provide the settings to add this email account." and click next and follow the instructions. You will need the university's e-mail settings.
