I was trying to set a new account of email in my bb, when i tried to sign in i forgot my user name and password i created a new one on bb page, cause it dosent let me create a new account it says an existing account on the bb, i enter the bb page an created a new login and and try to get in again and it says my bb has been locked, the message reads:

Your account has been locked. Please try again after the lockout period has expired or call customer care..

What can I do to unlock my account??

You'll probably have to wait. I would just call customer service to speed up the process.

LOL . Yeah the best thing is to have customer reset everything for you.
