I have been trying all day to get my blackberry to work. At Verizon Wireless, I told her to put my gmail account on the phone with the gmail password. I go to the BIS website to add more e-mails, and I entered my gmail account and password, its not working. I hit "I Forgot My Password." I entered my BB Pin and they emailed me a password that doesn't correspond with the password I told her to enter the account with. I tried the BIS with both passwords and its not working.
**ADDITIONAL INFO**:
I just got this phone today.
This phone was "wiped", due to a previous user of the phone.
I can recieve e-mail, but not send.
I just would like to add more e-mail addresses.
I am new to Crackberry.com
