Is there a way that I can make it so my E-Mail doesn't go off in the middle of the night?

Probably easiest thing to do is to set the Profile to "Quiet" before you turn in.

I use a holster with mine; Profiles allows you to set an In Holster and Out of Holster setting. At night mine is Out of Holster, where it is silent.

Play around with the Profiles to figure out what works best for you.

I personally use the "OFF" profile at night.

Alternatively, the "Phone Only" profile may work better for you...it does what the name implies, and will only make a noice/vibrate for phone calls.
